    June 12th

    1:00 pm: Check-In for Pre-Event RPG Tickets and Early Arrival No-RPG Tickets

    3:00 pm: RPG Table Check-In

    4:00 pm: RPG games begin

    6:00 pm: Dinner

    11:30 pm: RPG concludes

  • Friday (Day 1)

    June 13th

    8:00 am: House Rooms Open (set-up)

    9:00 am - 11:00 am: Check-in

    11:00 am - 4:00 pm: Event Prep! Lunch, GM House Meetings, Entrance Rehearsals, House Photos on the Stage, and Safety.

    4:00 pm - 6:00 pm: Opening Ceremony in the Grand Hall

    6:00 pm - 7:30 pm: Dinner

    7:30 pm - 8:00 pm: House Meetings

    8:00 pm - 10:00 pm: Theater of War

    10:00 pm - 12 Midnight: RPG

  • Saturday (Day 2)

    June 14th

    7:30 am - 9:00 am: Breakfast

    9:00 am - 11:00 am: House Events

    11:00 am - 12:00 pm: Theater of War

    12:00 pm - 1:00 pm: Lunch

    1:00 pm - 3:00 pm: House Events
